Sourdough Focaccia Baking Class

Grove Station invites you to join us to learn the art and skill of making Focaccia Sourdough Bread!  Focaccia is a much loved Italian bread that some places use as pizza dough.  Here at Grove Station, we use it for our Turkey Club and our fan base is wild about this sammy, mostly because of this incredible bread.  Sarah Jones of Wild Flour Bakery will share her tips and tricks for working with Sourdough Starter and teach you to make Focaccia Bread.   During this class you will decorate your Focaccia with veggies and turn this incredible bread into the most beautiful art.  

This class will take place in the Bakery area of our Market, so do feel free to park in front of the store.  You will also be able to purchase wine or beer or other non-alcoholic drinks to sip during the class if you want. 

So, bring your spouse, a friend or just come alone and meet new people!  There is no better way to kick off 2023!
