Grove Station invites you join us as we teach you how to make Baklava! What is Baklava? It is a flakey pastry dessert made with layered filo dough, syrup and chopped nuts. This dessert was introduced during the Ottoman Empire and has been a staple sweet in the middle east and the world since then.
Our Baklava is as traditional as it gets and one of the most delicious sweets we make at Grove Station. If you learn this technique and make this wonderful dessert for through our the holiday season your stockings will surly overflow with gifts!
This class will take place in the bakery area of our Market. You are welcome to purchase wine and beer to sip during the class.
